LONG BAY POINT GALENA TERRITORY CONDO A-5: One Bedroom/4 people max., Lake View Condo - 2 Adult max., Midweek Special: Combine any Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (excluding holidays) & pay only $55 per person per day. Two person and two day minimum. Note: After your 2 adult person minimum kids 16 and under are free. Please see Rental Information for additional rules and info.

LONG BAY POINT GALENA TERRITORY Condo A-5: One Bedroom/4 people max., Lake View Condo - 2 Adult max., Midweek Special: Combine any Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (excluding holidays) & pay only $30 per person per day. Two person and two day minimum. Note: After your 2 adult person minimum kids 16 and under are free. Please see Rental Information for additional rules and info.

Additional Rental Information

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance just in case you need to cancel your reservation.

• An additional 11% State and County Hotel / Motel Tax is added to every reservation.
• A booking deposit equaling one nights lodging plus tax is required at time of booking, with the balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival if applicable. 1 night rentals require full payment at time of booking.
• Cancellation fees are $25 provided cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. This also applies to partial cancellations. During the 7 day period the cancellation fee equals the booking fee or one nights lodging whichever is greater.
• A booking fee equals at least one nights lodging plus tax and will be charged to your credit card if you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your stay.
• Cancellations of days within your stay will not be accepted on or after your scheduled arrival date. Holiday weekend stays are non refundable.
• Reservations made the day before or day of arrival are completely non refundable taking precedence over our regular cancellation policies.
• Holiday Weekends require a three night minimum stay, unless waived by owner.
• Check-in time is 3PM and check-out is 11AM, however we will try our best to accommodate your special requests.
• Phone Charges: Local calls are free. Please use a calling card or your cell phone for all Local Toll, Long Distance, operator assistance and Internet Connections. Any Local Toll, Long Distance & operator assistance charges appearing on our telephone accounts after your stay will be billed to you or automatically charged to your credit card along with a $5.00 surcharge. All calls within the Continental U.S. are free at our Heatherdowns house excluding operator assistance calls.
• Our homes are smoke free. If you smoke please smoke outside.
• We have some pet friendly homes. If you are allergic to pets please let us know at time of booking & we will place you in a pet free home. If you plan on bringing a pet we must be made aware and approve the pet and the home.
• Weekend Rates apply to Sundays of holiday weekends, the day before the holiday and the holiday itself.
• Add a 3rd plus weekday night and receive 20 % off each additional weekday night excluding holiday stays.
• Maid Service is available only upon request, for an additional fee.
• Minimum Rental Age Requirement is 21.
• Any fines and/or charges imposed on an owner will be passed onto the guest, i.e.: occupancy, noise, etc.
• Damage, excessive cleaning, etc will result in a minimum charge of $25.00 to the guest that made the reservation and will be automatically charged to your credit card.
• Any additional charges will automatically be placed on the credit card used to book the accommodation. No notice will be given.
• The person making the reservation must be staying in the home that they book. If they aren't Galena Rentals must be made aware of this and approval is needed.
• The person making the reservation is responsible for themselves and their guests.
• Guests staying in the Galena Territory, not at Longhollow Point Inn cannot use Longhollow's indoor swimming pool due to insurance regulations.
• To use the Galena Territory's Marina, outdoor swimming pool & owners club a guest must show an amenity tag available to guests staying at one of our homes in the Galena Territory. Longhollow Point Inn is not in the Galena Territory.
• We reserve the right to change accommodation after booking to a similar room or home.
• Parking passes are available at the owners club 815-777-2000 for a small fee and an amenity tag.
• Lost amenity tags will result in a $20.00 fee per amenity tag.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
